Redé provides a platform to connect athletes with verified sports health professionals including physiotherapists, nutritionists, sport psychologists, and other practitioners. We do not provide medical advice or services directly.

5. Practitioner Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify the credentials of practitioners on our platform, users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any professional services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group through the platform
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for services booked through the platform will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refund policies may vary by practitioner and will be communicated during the booking process.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Redé's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Redé makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Redé or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Redé's services.
